My Emergency Doctor
My Emergency Doctor is a telehealth service connecting patients with a team of emergency doctors via the phone or web-based video call. At times when you are not sure if you need to go to the emergency department, but cannot contact your GP, My Emergency Doctor's team of specialists can assist.
Free After-Hours Service
Calls are funded through the Primary Health Network program and free^ to residents living in eligible postcode areas of South Western Sydney only for the after hours* period. This includes Silverdale and Warragamba. If you live outside these suburbs, check the postcodes covered using the link provided below.
After Hours is defined as:
Monday - Friday: 6pm – 8am
Saturday: 12pm – 8am
Sunday and Public Holidays: 24hrs
